The Protein Kitchen 2015 - First steps

The Protein Kitchen 2015 - First steps
2016 – THE BEGINNING OF AN ADVENTURE

We started our own food production and Cecilie was in the kitchen night and day producing all the meals from scratch herself.

We established a food truck at Copenhagen Street Food, from where we served delicious nutritious alternatives.

We launched an international collaboration with Joe & The Juice – we recycled their pulp (fibres from fruit and vegetables) from their juices to bake delicious healthy muffins with.

The dream of making health easier and natural meals available became a reality this year because we kickstarted our partnership with 7-eleven and the first fresh products landed on their shelves.

2019 – A BRAND WITH HEART

After many months of developing, we finally launched our protein bars with natural ingredients. As with our fresh meals, we wanted to be able to offer our customers natural alternatives to snacks without e-numbers and artificial additives and added sugar.

We won this year’s ‘Out meeting the customers’ award by 7-eleven. Once again a very valuable prize for us.

We had the honor of being selected as the only Danish brand, for an important American event with 7-eleven HQ USA ‘Brands with Heart’ in Texas, to come and present our brand, products and tell our story.
