THREE TASTY AND SIMPLE WAYS TO SERVE YOUR POINTED CABBAGE

Try these ideas, and make it even easier to get in more greens in your daily life. These are three great ways to ‘spice up’ your vegetables.

We hope you will enjoy our ideas for tasty sides or as part of your main course.

  1. OVEN BAKED CABBAGE with olive oil, salt, lemon, garlic and hazelnut flakes. Cut the pointed cabbage into 4, and glaze them with spices above, bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C / 375F.
  2. SIMPLE CABBAGE-CARROT-APPLE SALAD with a homemade oil-vinegar dressing. Top it with salt roasted sunflower seeds or nuts.
  3. QUICK STIR-FRIED CABBAGE. Slice the pointed cabbage into strips and fry it on a hot pan with olive oil, chili and salt. Enjoy it as a side, or as a supplement to your pasta dish.
