Here is a simple fresh and fulfilling dessert or snack idea for you. Yogurt, fresh strawberries and our tasty protein bar – Yes it is THAT simple. Enjoy it during these warm summerdays.
RECIPE FOR 1-2 PORTIONS
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 Tbsp Low-fat Greek yogurt
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2-1 Tbsp of Agave / Maple syrup or Honey
- A handfuld of fresh strawberries
- 1 natural protein bar chopped into smaller pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla and syrup. You can add a little dash of sea salt too.
- Serve with fresh strawberries and our natural protein bar chopped into smaller cubes.
