Try this recipe for our delicious smoothie bowl with mango, banana and berries – you can enjoy it as breakfast, or as a healthier dessert. It fits in perfectly to the sunnier seasons.
RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE
TIME: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large banana (use frozen for a firmer texture, and ice-cream like feel, you can always make sure to break a banana into chunks and store them in the freezer)
- 150g low-fat yoghurt (you can choose a plant-based version, or use milk / plant milk instead)
- 1 dl water / milk
- 100g frozen mango
- 75g frozen blueberries
- 75g frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (if you do not like it, you can leave it out)
- 1 dash of sea salt
- TOPPING: Our natural protein bar chopped (we used the coconut variant for this recipe), fresh berries, banana slices, chopped nuts / peanut butter or coconut flakes.
You can choose to sweeten it extra with a some agave syrup or honey. Add some oats for more fiber.
HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:
- Blend all the ingredients together, except topping. Blend for 60 sec or more, depending on the blender. We can highly recommend Blendtec.
- Prepare all topping
- Serve it in a bowl and add your toppings.
TIP: Make the smoothie more liquid, by adding more milk, and enjoy it as a smoothie drink instead.
