Personally, I believe that the way we start our day sets the tone for the rest of the day. Below are 4 simple but effective habits to kickstart your day in a good and nourishing way.
HABIT 2: MOVEMENT
Set aside some time for movement in the morning. Whether it’s a few stretches or a walk – or turn your living room floor into your workout zone! Spend 5-10 minutes on simple exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and sit-ups. It requires minimal space and equipment. Exercise releases endorphins that boost your mood and energy.
HABIT 3: NUTRITIOUS FIBER-RICH BREAKFAST
Prioritize a nourishing and fiber-rich breakfast that provides you with the fuel you need. HABIT 4: PLAN YOUR DAY THE NIGHT BEFORE
Plan your day ahead the night before. Lay out your clothes, it could even be your workout gear, so you are already prepared to go into ‘mode’ when you wake up. Fill up a bottle of water and put it in the fridge, prioritize and plan your tasks, so you have a plan. It reduces morning stress and will help you avoid spending a lot of energy making decisions, ensuring a calmer start to the day.
