AVOCADO CREME – EASY RECIPE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE

Try this delicious simple recipe for an avocado creme that you can enjoy as a spread, sauce, dip, dressing – you name it. It tastes great and it is very easy to make.

 

RECIPE FOR 4-5 PEOPLE

TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 large tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • Juice from half a lime or lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • You can choose to add some chili and a little pepper

If you like cilantro, you can also add some fresh leaves of this. If you want a deliciously soft and creamy texture, you can blend it in a blender or with a stick blender.

HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork, or make it easy on yourself and blend all the ingredients at once.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

TIP: Use it as a spread on your sandwich, spread on a slice of rye bread with some smoked salmon, try it as a dip for your potatoes, or for fresh vegetable sticks or just as a side to your main dish. It’s all up to you!
