SWEET PROTEIN DESSERT ‘PIZZA’

Yes you read that right, however, it’s not a real ‘pizza’, but it looks like one, just in a delicious dessert kind of way. This recipe can be enjoyed as a dessert or a fun breakfast and can be shared with the whole family. A single slice is very fulfilling and it is fun to make this recipe. RECIPE FOR 1 DESSERT PIZZA:

TIME: 15-20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

YOGHURT MIX FOR TOPPING:

  • 100g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
  • A little vanilla powder / vanilla extract

TOPPING:

  • Fresh berries – we used sliced ​​strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
  • Some chopped almonds
  • 1 chopped natural protein bar – we used the hazelnut flavor this time, but you can use all 4.

 

HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:

  • Bake your pancake on a non-stick pan over medium-high temperature and in a size you can flip. Allow the pancake to cool down slightly before topping it with yogurt and fruit.
  • Mix the yogurt together with syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Spread the yoghurt cream over the pancake and top it with freshly chopped almonds and our protein bar.
  • Cut it into slices and share with your loved ones.
