Cooking time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 10-15 minutes
Amount: 12-14 cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g finely rolled oatmeal (use gluten-free oatmeal for gluten-free cookies)
  • 2 large ripe banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons of coconut flour (optional)
  • 1 The Protein Kitchen Protein Bar chopped into cubes (you can use any flavor)
  • 1 tbsp salt

HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:

  1. Turn the oven to 175 degrees hot air.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork until liquid.
  3. Mix the finely rolled oatmeal together with the coconut flour and sea salt.
  4. Finely chop the protein bar and mix everything.
  5. Form the dough into small rustic cookies using a fork/spoon and your hand on a sheet of baking paper.
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-15 minutes until the cookies are golden and have a crispy surface. And voila! Eat them hot or let them cool down for more crunchiness.

TIP: You can add some raisins, chopped nuts, or possibly a little cinnamon.
