Easy, delicious cookies – but healthier! Made without any flour or sugar!
Only natural ingredients that can be enjoyed by everyone!
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 10-15 minutes
Amount: 12-14 cookies
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g finely rolled oatmeal (use gluten-free oatmeal for gluten-free cookies)
- 2 large ripe banana
- 2-3 tablespoons of coconut flour (optional)
- 1 The Protein Kitchen Protein Bar chopped into cubes (you can use any flavor)
- 1 tbsp salt
HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:
- Turn the oven to 175 degrees hot air.
- Mash the banana with a fork until liquid.
- Mix the finely rolled oatmeal together with the coconut flour and sea salt.
- Finely chop the protein bar and mix everything.
- Form the dough into small rustic cookies using a fork/spoon and your hand on a sheet of baking paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-15 minutes until the cookies are golden and have a crispy surface. And voila! Eat them hot or let them cool down for more crunchiness.
TIP: You can add some raisins, chopped nuts, or possibly a little cinnamon.
