EASY QUICK ICE CREAM WITH BERRIES AND BANANA

Try out this simple fresh and fulfilling dessert or snack idea for you.. and it is perfect when you are craving ice cream, but want a healthier option. You only need 5 minutes and a handful of ingredients. Make sure to pre freeze your bananas, if you want the perfect texture. Enjoy the recipe!

RECIPE FOR 1-2 PORTIONS

TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g frozen banana
  • 100g frozen berries
  • 100 ml Coconut milk or other milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp of Agave / Maple syrup or Honey

TOPPING:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend alle of the ingredients above and prepare your topping.
  • Serve with fresh strawberries or banana slices and our natural protein bar chopped into smaller pieces.
