Try out this simple fresh and fulfilling dessert or snack idea for you.. and it is perfect when you are craving ice cream, but want a healthier option. You only need 5 minutes and a handful of ingredients. Make sure to pre freeze your bananas, if you want the perfect texture. Enjoy the recipe!
RECIPE FOR 1-2 PORTIONS
TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g frozen banana
- 100g frozen berries
- 100 ml Coconut milk or other milk of your choice
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2-1 Tbsp of Agave / Maple syrup or Honey
TOPPING:
- 1 natural protein bar chopped into smaller pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend alle of the ingredients above and prepare your topping.
- Serve with fresh strawberries or banana slices and our natural protein bar chopped into smaller pieces.
