THE EASIEST PROTEIN PANCAKES
Try this tasty hack of our organic Insta’ Oatmeal.
If you love pancakes like us, then you have to try this delicious hack. It just requires eggs, banana and 1 cup of your favorite Insta’ Oatmeal. The recipe makes around 8 small pancakes, so it is easy to share with you loved ones at home. They can be enjoyed as a delicious fulfilling breakfast, as an in-between meal or as a snack/dessert. In addition, they are easy to bring along on the go. There are lots of fibers in them and they are natural and without refined sugar. They are actually just sweetened with banana and dates.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Insta’ Oatmeal
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
Optional: Some plant-based drink of your choice or milk if you want a more liquid consistency.
DIRECTIONS
- Blend banana, egg and the contents of an Insta’ Oatmeal together to consistent pancake batter.
- Bake into small pancakes on a medium-hot frying pan.
- Bake them until they are golden on both sides.
- Serve with fresh fruit
