TASTY FULFILLING VANILLA BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS – EASY TO MAKE. A BREAKFAST RECIPE YOU NEED TO TRY.

Try this delicious recipe for a fulfilling tasty breakfast that you can make the night before in just a few minutes.You can either enjoy it at home, or mix the overnight oats in a container that you can bring with you on the go.Have fun in the kitchen! We hope you will enjoy the recipe.

RECIPE FOR 1 PORTION

TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS FOR THE OVERNIGHT OATS:

  • 35 grams of oats(you can use gluten free for a GF version)
  • 5 grams of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of psyllium seeds (you can leave it out, but it adds more fiber and texture)
  • 200ml milk of your choice 
  • 2-3 tbsp of coconut milk (for more sweetness and for a creamy taste, you can leave it out)
  • A handful of blueberries (save half for topping in the morning.
  • A dash of sea salt, Cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING:

HOW TO:

  1. Mix all the ingredients above and mix in the blueberries carefully.
  2. Leave it in a glass or a tall container overnight.
  3. Top the overnight oats in the morning and enjoy at home or on-the.go.
