It’s finally here – Our new vegan bowl JACKFRUIT BBQ!

We have been longing to launch a plant-based bowl for quite some time. Our tasty bowl is definitely not just for vegans but for everyone! It has a taste that most of your are familiar with, namely BBQ.

Jackfruit is the world’s largest fruit that grows on trees and can weigh up to 18kg. It has a deliciously soft structure that is like pulled meat. It contains many good nutrients and is rich in Vitamin C and B (as one of the few fruits in the world).

Our new vegan bowl is made with bbq marinated pulled jackfruit in our own freshly made bbq sauce, on a delicious base of wholegrain bulgur, quinoa, chickpeas, carrots and cabbage tossed in our own bbq dressing and topped with a colorful mix of fresh pineapple, peppers and cucumber. Tropical, fresh and with a taste that makes you think of summer. You simply have to try it.

As always, it is 100% made from scratch and only with natural ingredients in our kitchen every single day.
