Try this recipe for our delicious green smoothie with mango and banana – you can enjoy it as breakfast, or as an easy in-between meal or after workout.
RECIPE FOR 1 PERSON
TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large banana
- 150-200ml milk of your choice
- 60-70g frozen mango
- 4 frozen spinach balls
- 1 scoop of protein powder (either natural or vanilla, and you can leave it out)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 5g chia seeds
- 1 dash of sea salt
You can choose to sweeten it extra with a some agave syrup or honey. Add some oats for more fiber.
HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:
- Blend all the ingredients together, except topping. Blend for 60 sec or more, depending on the blender. We can highly recommend Blendtec.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy chilled.
