Try this TASTY Salmon spread – which is a delicious way to enjoy fish. Add it to a whole grain sandwich, ryebread wrap, crackers, rice cakes or to our delicate and simple spinach waffles. Enjoy it for lunch or as a simple dinner.

TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS FOR 2-3 PEOPLE:
- 200 g of baked salmon (you can also use smoked chopped into small pieces)
- 100g g of low-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp of sliced spring onions or red onion
- 1/3-1/2 a cucumber cut into small cubes
- ½ tsp salt
- Some lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve on spinach waffles, sandwich bread, rebreed, in a wrap or with whole grain crackers- And top it with fresh cucumber, peppers or tomato.
TIP: You can also add some fresh dill or pepper for even more flavor.
