SPICY TUNA SPREAD – A TASTY SIMPLE LUNCH

Tasty, simple lunch idea for you, that you can easily make at home in a few minutes. High in protein and contains healthy sources of fat from avocado. You can also enjoy it as a protein dip for carrot sticks. We hope you will enjoy it!

TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of tuna 
  • 1-2 Tbsp low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Chili, salt, pepper
  • Whole grain bread

You can also try adding some chopped red onion to the mix for more spice and crisp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Toast your whole grain bread for it to be lightly crisp.
  3. Add the tuna spread, and top it with fresh tomatoes.
