INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1-2 Tbsp low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 Avocado
- Juice from half a lime
- Chili, salt, pepper
- Whole grain bread
You can also try adding some chopped red onion to the mix for more spice and crisp.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix everything in a bowl with a fork.
- Toast your whole grain bread for it to be lightly crisp.
- Add the tuna spread, and top it with fresh tomatoes.
