DELICIOUS VEGAN SANDWICH SPREAD

Tasty, simple lunch idea for you, that you can easily make at home in a few minutes. Great sources of proteins and healthy fats. You can also enjoy it as a protein dip for fresh veggie sticks. We hope you will enjoy it!

TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of rinsed chickpeas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Chili, salt, pepper
  • Just a small ‘dash’ of olive oil
  • Add a couple of TBSP of water to blend it easily

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients above in a blender or with a stick blender, add some oil or water after your needs and taste.
  2. Add the vegan spread to your sandwich or ryebread, and enjoy.
