INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of rinsed chickpeas
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice from half a lime
- Chili, salt, pepper
- Just a small ‘dash’ of olive oil
- Add a couple of TBSP of water to blend it easily
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend all the ingredients above in a blender or with a stick blender, add some oil or water after your needs and taste.
- Add the vegan spread to your sandwich or ryebread, and enjoy.
